DataCom falls under the supervision and regulatory authority of the Malawi. Communications Regulatory Authority through the following Acts;

• Communications Act 2016

• E-Transactions Act 2016

• Communications Act 1998

We also abide by the regulatory directives put in place by the Telecommunications and Broadcasting Directorates, and licensing requirements as prescribed by the regulatory authority.

These regulations include regular reporting on technical performance audits and performance analyses with reference to the licenses terms and conditions, further reporting as well as capacity, charges, earnings, and as well as a uniform way of applying interest across the industry sector.
